FBX 1900 Block Insulation
FBX 1900 Block insulation is a high temperature insulation composed of semi-refractory fibers which are bonded together with an organic / inorganic binder system. FBX 1900 Block insulation is widely used in applications up to 1900°F where long-life, residual strength and low moisture absorption are important.
Typical uses of FBX 1900 Block insulation includes direct or refractory back-up installation in ovens, furnaces, kilns, power generation equipment and a wide variety of process equipment. FBX 1900 Block insulation is easily impaled or cut with a knife or saw to fit irregular surfaces.
Recommended for continuous service at temperatures up to
1900°F. Melt point exceeds 2000°F.
