ITW Sure-Fit and Ell-Jac® insulation fitting covers are sized to cover and weatherproof insulated 90° and 45° elbows along pipelines.  A moisture retarder coating is applied to the interior for resistance to electrolytic degradation, and a clear coating is applied to the exterior for corrosion protection.

They can be used on long and short radius, butt weld, socket weld and screwed pipe elbows.

Metal is excellent for protecting insulating material from deterioration. It protects it from moisture which substantially reduces its ability to perform at optimum levels. It is resistant to high temperatures, mechanical abuse, and aggressive industrial environmental conditions.
