Atlas Energy Shield® - Insulated Sheathing Board Insulation

Energy Shield® is the most cost effective, energy efficient sheathing material available in the marketplace. R-values range from 3.0 to 21.7, depending on thickness. Energy Shield® offers several “green” qualities, including zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP) due to Atlas Blowing Agent Technology. When properly installed, Energy Shield® wall insulation will provide added insulation and yield immediate energy savings in both Commercial and Residential applications.

Energy Shield® is manufactured with trilaminate facers (foil-kraft-foil) on the top side and a trilaminate or solid foil facer on the unprinted back side. Energy Shield® can help meet or exceed the Model Energy Code, and is available in a variety of thicknesses.

• Fire resistant wall assembly (1 hour)

• Insulation crawl space (must be covered by a 15 minute thermal barrier)

• Interior insulation slab on grade

• Interior Insulation under slab
