IIG'S Thermo-12® Gold Calcium Silicate pipe insulation is a high temperature, abuse-resistant pipe and block insulation with exceptional structural strength for use on systems operating up to 1200°F (650°C). Thermo-12® Gold Calcium Silicate pipe and block insulation is the preferred product for application on high temperature piping and equipment.
Trymer® Board Insulation
ITW'S TRYMER® Polyisocyanurate Pipe Insulation is a closed cell, high performance insulation for pipe, vessel, equipment and duct applications. TRYMER® can be used within the service range of -297°F to 300°F (-183°C to 149°C).
FOAMGLAS® Cellular Glass Insulation
FOAMGLAS® cellular glass insulation, by Pittsburgh Corning is ideal for pipes, equipment, vessels, tanks, chemical processing and above and underground steam and chilled water piping. FOAMGLAS® insulation has operating temperatures from -450°F to +900°F (-268°C to +482°C).
FOAMULAR® Rigid Foam Insulation
FOAMULAR® extruded polystyrene rigid foam insulation is highly resistant to moisture. It is ideal for wall furring, perimeter/foundation, cavity wall, crawlspace, pre-cast concrete, roofing systems sheathing and other applications.
Expanded Polystyrene Foam Insulation
Expanded polystyrene insulation is long lasting, strong, stable and offers excellent insulation properties at a low cost. It is Available in panels, blocks, custom shapes tapered board and loose fill.
FBX 1900° Block Insulation
FBX 1900 Block is composed of semi-refractory fibers and is used in application up to 1900 degrees F. Typical uses included direct or refractry back-up installation in ovens, furnaces, kilns, power generation equipment and a variety of process equipment.
Mineral Wool Board Insulation
Mineral wool board insulation is a non-combustible, semi-rigid insulation board that is lightweight and water repellent. It is excellent for specifications requiring high temperature (1200°F) insulation. Mineral wool insulation has a melting point of approximately 2150°F which gives it excellent fire resistance properties.
Ceramic Fiber Board Insulation - Fiberfrax® Duraboard®
Fiberfrax® Duraboard® is a rigid, durable, high temperature insulating refractory ceramic fiber board. Fiberfrax® Duraboard® offers low thermal conductivity, high temperature stability and excellent resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack. Recommended for continuous use at temperature up to 2600°F (1430°C).
Marinite® Board Insulation
Marinite® structrual insulation is a non-asbestos incombustible material formed from calcium silicate. Marinite® is designed to combine structural strength and high thermal insulating values in a variety of fireproofing and heat processing equipment applications.
Transite® HT Fiber Cement Board Insulation
Transite® HT insulation is a high density non-asbestos fiber cement board used in applications where a combination of high strength, thermal stability, electrical insulation or machinability is required. Transite® HT has a maximum operating temperature of 600°F.
Perlite Pipe & Block Insulation - Sproule WR-1200®
IIG's Perlite Sproule WR-1200® pipe and block insulation is an excellent product for application on high temperature piping and equipment because of its compressive strength, low thermal conductivity and corrosion inhibiting properties. Sproule WR-1200® is the preferred product for stainless steel piping which is susceptible to stress corrosion cracking at operating temperatures above 140°F (60°C).
Atlas ACFoam® Supreme Foam Core Board Insulation
Atlas ACFoam® Supreme foam board insulation is a closed-cell polyiso with tri-laminate foil facers. It is typically suited for cold storage and metal building applications. ACFoam® Supreme should not be used directly with hot asphalt, torch application, or any adhered membrane roof system.
Atlas Energy Shield® Board Insulation
