Fiberglas® Types I & II TIW Blanket InsulationThese fiberglass blanket insulations are non-combustible wool, they have excellent thermal performance and being lightweight makes it easy to handle and install. Fiberglas TIW Type I insulation is used in applications up to 1000°F (538°C) requiring a lightweight insulation, such as that used in panel systems, flexible wrap, industrial ovens or surfaces having irregularities. Fiberglas TIW Type II insulation is for use in metal mesh blankets and for use on boilers, vessels and other types of industrial equipment operating at temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).
