FOAMGLAS® cellular glass insulation, by Pittsburgh Corning is ideal for pipes, equipment, vessels, tanks, chemical processing and above and underground steam and chilled water piping.  Foamglas has operating temperatures from-450°F to +900°F (-268°C to +482°C).

Mineral Wool Pipe Insulation

Mineral wool pipe insulation is a non-combustible, fire resistant, water repellent yet vapor permeable insulation material. Mineral wool effectively reduces noise while providing excellent thermal performances. It is ideal for steam and process pipe systems operating at temperatures up to 1200°C.

AP Armaflex® Pipe Insulation

AP Armaflex® pipe insulation is used to retard heat gain and control condensation drip from chilled water and refrigeration systems.  AP Armaflex® Pipe Insulation also efficiently reduces heat flow for hot water plumbing and liquid heating and dual temperature piping.  The recommended temperature usage range is -297°F to +220°F (-183°C to +105°C).

UT Solaflex™ Tube and Roll Insulation

UT Solaflex™ Tube and Roll insulation is a high temperature, closed cell, elastomeric foam insulation.  UT Solaflex™ Tube and Roll insulation performs on a broad range of metal pipes and tubing in piping and collectors, refrigeration-hot gas and dual temperature piping, automotive and low pressure steam lines.  Remains flexible at temperatures up to +300°F (+150°C) for long life and dependable service - with intermittent exposure to +350°F (+175°C)

Perlite Pipe & Block Insulation - Sproule WR-1200®

IIG's Perlite - Sproule WR-1200® pipe and block insulation is an excellent product for application on high temperature piping and equipment because of its compressive strength, low thermal conductivity and corrosion inhibiting properties.  Sproule WR-1200® is the preferred product for stainless steel piping which is susceptible to stress corrosion cracking at operating temperatures above 140°F (60°C).

ITW Insulation Systems XPS Extruded Polystyrene Pipe Insulation (XPS PIB) (Styrofoam) is a rigid, closed cell insulation with high compressive strength, low friability and excellent resistance to water and water absorption from freeze thaw cycling. XPS Polystyrene Pipe Insulation has a service temperature range of -297°F to 165°F (-183°C to 74°C).

Tubolit® Pipe Insulation  self seal polyethylene pipe insulation is a flexible closed cell insulation. It effectively reduces heat loss on hot water plumbing and heat gain on cold water plumbing systems.  Tubolit® Self Seal polyethylene pipe insulation is recommended for use on lines operating from
0°F to 180°F.
